  • Capable of handling urological emergencies.
  • Able to independently perform minor surgical procedures like cystoscopy, DJ stenting and removing, AV fistula, TRUS guided prostate biopsy and other surgeries requiring similar skill set.
  • Have successfully performed and assisted several laparoscopic as well as open surgeries like nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, adrenalectomy, varicocelectomy, orchidopexy, prostatectomy.
  • Able to perform urological Endo surgical procedures like TURP, TURBT, URS, RIRS and PCNL.
  • Have successfully assisted more than 150 renal transplant recipient and donor nephrectomy.
  • Have special interest in surgeries like urethroplasties (end to end, graft/flap reconstruction)
  • Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, assistants, and other medical staff.
  • Have a good understanding of functioning and able to take care of surgical equipment.
  • Disciplined, polite, hardworking, helpful; with good interpersonal communication skills
